1. Digital Study Materials & PDF Downloads

At MCQs Adda, our primary offerings include digital PDF study notes, online question banks, and timed CBT mock test series. Because digital downloads and test series access are delivered instantaneously upon successful payment, all sales of digital products are generally considered final.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Transactions: If your account is billed multiple times for a single order due to a payment gateway timeout or technical glitch, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded within 5-7 business days.
• Technical Delivery Failure: If you made a payment but were unable to access or download the purchased study guide or test pack within 24 hours after contacting support with proof of payment, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund for an eligible transaction, please email our support team at support@mcqsadda.online within 7 calendar days of your purchase. Please include:

• Order / Transaction ID
• Registered Email Address
• Payment Confirmation Receipt / UPI Reference Number
• Brief description of the issue faced

4. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are credited back to the original source payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI wallet) within 5 to 7 working days, subject to your issuing bank's processing cycles.
