Jkssb Exam pattern

The exam for the post of jkssb si posts will be conducted in two steps, first candidate has to appear in the written test, then after clearing the cutoff of the written exam .The candidate has to appear in the physical test for jkssb si. Candidate has to prepare for the both the steps of exam from day one. The exam pattern consists of;

1. Written test
2. Physical test

The number of candidates to be selected for appearing in the Physical Standard Test shall be six times the total number of vacancies to be filled up in each category means in case of 1200 posts will be 7200 candidates. 5. J&K Reorganization Act 2019 and Removal of difficulties Order/Adaptation Orders issued thereunder

6. Economic and Social Development» Sustainable Development, poverty, inclusion. Demographics, Social Sector initiatives, etc.

7. General issues on Environmental ecology, Bio-diversity and Climate Change.

8. General English

9. Interpersonal skills including communication skills

10. General Science.

11. Basics of Computer and its usages- various facets of Computer Hardware, Software, internet and their usage.

12. General mental ability.

13. Logical Reasoning and Analytical Ability

14. Basic numeracy (number and their relations, orders of magnitude etc). Data interpretation (chins. graphs, tables, data sufficiency, etc.» Class x level.

Physical Standard Test

The shortlisted candidates should meet the following physical
standards:-
I. For Males:
(a) Height
5′-6″ (minimum)
(b) Chest girth 32″ unexpanded
(c) Chest girth 33 y” (expanded)
